Mental toughness is important for triathletes, be it while competing against your rivals, or persevering through a tough week’s training. Believe in yourself and results will follow.

Mental strength can come from many areas, two of which are positive self-talk and uniform: look good, feel good.

I’m a strong believer in working on mental skills because they drive performance.
