About Swimming for Triathletes

My background is swimming, where I competed at an international level with Olympic medalists and World Record holders. I use this knowledge and experience to help triathletes start fast in the water and excel from there.

The first rule of swimming: technique. I believe in quality over quantity and seeking gains in the most efficient manner possible. It all starts with solid technique.

More info available at Swimming for Triathletes.

I coach the Team in Training and Tri Latino triathlon teams in New York City, as well as private clients. To me, nothing beats seeing my athletes improve, except their own basic enjoyment of the sport.

Good on ya, Team in Training is great!
Did you know they have raised over $1 billion since they started? Amazing. I love being a part of it.
